Workshop with the City of Innsbruck

The Building Futures Lecture Series, organized by the Alpinestudio Program of the University of Innsbruck and the University of Texas at Arlington, provided an insightful platform for students to explore, discuss, and learn about various projects and initiatives by the City of Innsbruck.

Hosted at the Archiv für Bau.Kunst.Geschichte in the modernist Adambräu Building in Innsbruck, the event welcomed Wolfgang Andexlinger, Head of City Planning, along with Christine Schermer from the Urban Climate and Environment Unit, and Smart City Coordinator Yannick Pütz, Division on Climate-neutral City. This gathering on February 20, 2024, proved to be a significant opportunity for participants to delve into the intricacies of urban development and sustainability.
