The US Embassy in Vienna and the Austrian-American Partnership Fund awarded $10,000 to the Alpinestudio International Program.
The Austrian-American Partnership Fund (AAPF) is organized by the Public Diplomacy Section of the
U.S. Embassy in Vienna to fund projects advancing collaboration and dialogue between Austria and the
United States.
Alpinstudio Program Director Dr. Oswald Jenewein says: ”I am honored and excited to receive federal funding for the next chapter in the long history of academic partnership between Innsbruck and Arlington. In 2024, we are celebrating 35 years of partnership and are launching this new cross-university program to provide students on both sides of the Atlantic with a unique academic opportunity focusing on pressing societal topics on climate resilience in the built environment. Many thanks go to the US Embassy in Vienna and the Austrian-American Partnership Fund for enabling this global campus initiative.”
